Ingredients
20g Onion
4 Chicken breast fillets
70g Shoyu (soy sauce)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 Corn cob (off the cob) or 40g frozen corn
40g Chopped carrot (partially cooked)
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
Cut the chicken into thick strips and season with Shoyu (soy sauce).
In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook until golden.
Add the carrot and corn to the pan and cook until slightly browned.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Season with dried parsley.
Serve hot with optional basmati rice.
