Why We Love Omega-3 Rich Chia

Omega-3s support brain development and can contribute to a healthier pregnancy overall. Additionally, chia seeds are a great source of fibre, protein, and essential minerals, making them a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enhance their diet with nutrient-dense foods.
