Nutrition is foundational to health, playing a role in mental health, growth and development, as well as general health and wellbeing. Naturopathy is harnessing the underutilised benefits of herbs and plant medicine to address health concerns alongside nutrition. Working to fix underlying causes of disease, with a focus on prevention.
